White High Imitation Bristle are made from six kinds different type of filament, the optimal mixing ratio is obtained through our continuous experiments and constant changes in the ratio.
Moreover, each filament take an important role in the paint brush.for example: triangle filament, because the triangle filament after tapered has a unique cut surface and a large taper, so it can be very good to increase the paint performance of the product;
the wave of crimped filament is unregular, similar with the water curve of natural bristles after two times boiled ,it looks like the the natural bristle and the paint performance very close to natural bristles, it can make the paint brush more fluffy, which affect the paint pick up performance
